In this section, I will discuss and describe ways in which I have managed my own anxiety with self-help. I will provide methods and techniques in order to help you help yourself. There is nothing more empowering than being able to manage your anxiety, depression, panic attacks or other, yourself.
As I have said before, I cannot stress enough that anxiety is different for everyone – because everyone’s anxiety is caused by different issues and situations.
Therefore, some techniques and methods may work for you, whilst others may not – but I will work hard at exploring many different techniques and options – so that it is easier for you to find the right self-help for you.
Some actions you can take to help manage your anxiety are different types of exercise, meditation, hobbies or even changing your mood through music. I will explore these further, as well as other techniques in this section.
